Privacy Notice

Your story stays separate from advertising.

Effective September 1, 2026. This notice explains the information Amorlyra uses to provide its adult fictional AI service and its optional rewarded-ad experience.

Information we handle

  • Account data: email address, sign-in and age-confirmation status, account identifiers, and plan or reply-balance records.
  • Conversation data: messages, character selection, conversation history, and technical records needed to generate and deliver replies.
  • Safety data: reports, the reported message or conversation reference, the reason selected, and any details you choose to submit.
  • Payment data: subscription, checkout, refund, and transaction status received from our payment provider. Amorlyra does not collect full card numbers.
  • Device and usage data: session cookies, approximate country supplied by the hosting network, security signals, feature events, referral information, and error or cost records.
  • Rewarded-ad data: ad eligibility, a one-time reward challenge, completion status, timestamps, and fraud-prevention records.

Please do not put passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal information into a fictional chat.

Why we use it

  • Provide, save, and secure your account and fictional AI conversations.
  • Generate replies, enforce free or rewarded reply limits, and deliver Plus features.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, enforce the 21+ and content rules, investigate reports, and protect the service.
  • Process subscriptions, maintain transaction records, support users, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Measure product reliability and performance using first-party service events.
  • Request an optional rewarded ad only after an eligible user makes an advertising choice and explicitly asks to watch one.

AI and service providers

Conversation content is sent server-side to Local deterministic demo to generate a reply. Hosting and database functions are designed for Cloudflare infrastructure. Depending on the feature you use, limited data may also be processed by the configured email service, Stripe for subscriptions, Google Ad Manager for optional rewarded ads, and fraud or human-verification services. These providers process data under their own terms and our service configuration.

Optional rewarded ads

Plus members receive no Google ad requests. Eligible free users may choose to watch an ad on a separate page to receive replies. Amorlyra does not send your chat text, character name, email address, or Amorlyra account identifier to Google as ad-targeting values. If a conversation is classified or reported as explicit, sensitive, or safety-routed, that conversation and the account may remain ineligible for ads until a safety review. You can ask Support to review an ad-eligibility block.

Personalized advertising is disabled. If you allow a rewarded ad, Amorlyra always requests limited, non-personalized advertising with restricted-data-processing signals. You can decline rewarded ads without losing account access, and Plus remains ad-free. Global Privacy Control is honored on supported browsers. Advertising initially operates only in the United States; Canada, the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland remain disabled until their additional privacy requirements are implemented. When the ad code is allowed and loaded, the browser contacts Google. Google and approved advertising partners may receive the URL of the isolated reward page, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, cookies or similar identifiers, and ad delivery or interaction signals. Even in restricted mode, these may be used for contextual delivery, coarse location, frequency control, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud or abuse prevention. The reward page contains no chat transcript, character name, relationship details, email address, or Amorlyra user identifier.

Cookies and local storage

Amorlyra uses a first-party session cookie for sign-in, security, and saved progress. This browser may also store onboarding state, the optional advertising preference, and an in-progress rewarded-ad challenge. Google advertising code is not loaded merely by opening a chat or choosing an advertising preference; it is loaded only on the separate reward page after an eligible user asks to show the ad.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Account and conversation data is kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete an individual conversation or request account deletion from Account. Account deletion removes conversation, profile, report, and detailed reward records from the active product database and disconnects retained non-personal operational or financial records from your account, subject to fraud, tax, dispute, security, backup, and other legal retention duties.

To prevent repeated introductory-credit and rewarded-ad abuse after deletion, we retain only a keyed, one-way HMAC digest derived from the sign-in email and the number of introductory replies already used. It contains no email address, profile, or chat content, automatically becomes ineligible for use after 13 months, and is then scheduled for deletion. Minimal rewarded-ad grant timestamps associated with that digest expire after 30 days; only the most recent 24 hours count toward per-account and service-wide reward limits. Expired anti-abuse records are excluded from all eligibility decisions and are removed during routine service cleanup.

You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses where applicable. We may need to verify the request. Rights vary by location, and lawful exceptions may apply.

International processing and security

Providers may process information outside your country. We use access controls, encryption for stored contact and report details, limited provider credentials, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Amorlyra is not intended for anyone under 21.
