Terms of Service

Clear rules for a fictional adult experience.

Effective September 1, 2026. By creating an account or using Amorlyra, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

Eligibility and the fictional experience

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Every Amorlyra character is an original fictional AI adult—not a real person, romantic partner, clinician, or representative. AI replies can be inaccurate or unexpected. The service is entertainment, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Accounts

Use an email address you control, keep access to your inbox secure, and provide accurate age confirmation. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts and reply rewards are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

Free and rewarded replies

  • A verified account receives 10 introductory AI replies once for the account lifetime.
  • After those replies are used, an eligible free user may voluntarily watch a rewarded ad for 10 additional replies.
  • At launch, no more than 10 rewards may be granted in a rolling 24-hour period, with no cooldown between completed grants.
  • The rewarded-reply balance is capped at 10, so a reward must be used before another can be granted.
  • Closing an ad before the provider grants the reward, an unavailable ad, or a technical failure does not add replies.
  • You never need to click an advertisement to earn the stated reward.

Rewarded replies have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Automated viewing, manipulated completion signals, duplicate accounts, or attempts to evade limits may cause rewards to be withheld or an account to be restricted. We may change future reward availability to protect users, advertisers, or the service; a reward validly granted to your account remains available until used or the account is deleted.

Amorlyra Plus

The currently configured Plus offer is US $14.99 per month, billed in advance and automatically renewed until cancelled. Plus provides the features shown at checkout and is completely ad-free: Amorlyra does not request Google ads for Plus members. The final checkout screen controls if it shows a different lawful price, currency, tax, or promotional term.

You may cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. Except where law requires otherwise or the checkout expressly states otherwise, charges already paid are not prorated or refundable. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Content and conduct rules

  • Romance and suggestive adult content are allowed; sexually explicit content is not.
  • Content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, incest, or non-consensual sexual conduct is prohibited.
  • Do not use the service for illegal activity, threats, harassment, real-person impersonation, or infringement.
  • Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or evade security, payment, safety, or usage controls.
  • Do not submit content you lack permission to use or highly sensitive personal information.

Your content and Amorlyra materials

You keep rights you hold in text you submit. You give the operator a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and enforce these terms. Amorlyra's software, design, characters, branding, and other operator-provided materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership is transferred to you.

Safety, suspension, and ending service

We may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, address fraud or harm, comply with law, or protect the service. You may stop using Amorlyra and request account deletion at any time, but an active subscription must first be cancelled and allowed to end. Terms that by their nature should survive—including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions—continue after termination.

Service changes and disclaimers

Features and character availability may change. We will not materially reduce an already-paid subscription period without a remedy required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that AI output will be accurate, suitable, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
