Regional consent
Rewarded ads initially operate only in the United States and use restricted data processing. Google's US-state Privacy & Messaging controls must be active before launch. Canada remains disabled pending its separate privacy and language review. EEA, UK, and Switzerland advertising remains disabled until a Google-certified consent platform and the required regional legal arrangements are active.
